These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and ja188 ("ja188", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the ja188 online betting and casino platform accessible at https://ja188.cam and any associated mobile applications, services or content (collectively, the "Platform").

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including but not limited to visitors, registered account holders, depositing players and promotional participants. By accessing, registering on or using the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference herein.

The Platform does not claim to be authorised, regulated or endorsed by any Pakistani governmental body, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial authority. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

Access to or use of the Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the Platform and must not register an Account.

These Terms are effective from the date of your first access to the Platform and remain in effect until terminated in accordance with the provisions set out herein. ja188 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply in addition to any supplementary terms and conditions applicable to specific promotions, game types, payment methods or product features, which shall be published at the relevant locations on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary terms, the supplementary terms shall prevail in respect of the specific subject matter to which they relate, unless otherwise stated.

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater. ja188 applies strict age verification controls and reserves the right to require documentary proof of age at any point.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. Individuals under any legal disability, guardianship or who are otherwise incapable of entering into binding agreements are ineligible to register.
• You must register only one (1) Account. Holding multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your jurisdiction permits online gambling activity.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or officer of ja188, nor an immediate family member of any such person, in respect of any promotional or wagering activity that creates a conflict of interest.
• You must not currently be subject to any self-exclusion order — whether voluntary or operator-imposed — across any registered gambling operator.

To create an Account, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number and preferred currency. You are obligated to maintain the accuracy of your registered details and to update them promptly in the event of any change.

5.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing any withdrawal request — and at any other time at ja188's reasonable discretion — you may be required to provide documentation to verify your identity, age, address and, where applicable, your source of funds. Acceptable documentation typically includes, but is not limited to:

• Identity: Valid government-issued photo identification — Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or other equivalent document.
• Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or official government document confirming your registered residential address, dated within the preceding three (3) months.
• Payment Method: Documentary evidence of the payment method used for deposits — for example, a screenshot or statement from your Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank account (referenced for verification context only; payment providers do not endorse gambling activity).
• Source of Funds: Where required by applicable anti-money laundering obligations, documentation supporting the legitimate source of funds deposited into your Account.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by ja188 will result in the suspension of withdrawal processing and, in cases of prolonged non-compliance, may result in Account closure.

5.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password or any one-time passwords (OTPs) with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your login credentials will be deemed to have been conducted by you. You must notify ja188 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

Deposits may be made using the payment methods displayed in the cashier section of your Account at the time of deposit. Available methods may vary depending on your registered country, Account status and the payment provider's own terms of service. ja188 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific payment method.

Payment methods referenced as contextually familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are referenced for informational and contextual purposes only. Their mention does not constitute a representation by ja188 that these providers permit, endorse or support gambling-related transactions. Users must independently verify each provider's terms of service and applicable transfer restrictions.

• All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified in the cashier and may vary by payment method.
• ja188 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider or bank may impose their own processing charges, for which ja188 accepts no liability.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance subject to successful payment processing confirmation. In cases of technical delay, contact support with relevant transaction reference details.
• ja188 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit at its reasonable discretion, including where money laundering or fraud concerns arise.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• All active wagering requirements attached to any bonus funds must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal of associated winnings can be processed.
• Your Account must have completed KYC verification to a standard satisfactory to ja188 before any withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals will be directed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit, where technically and contractually possible. ja188 reserves the right to require alternative withdrawal routing at its discretion.

Bonuses, free bets, free spins and all other promotional offers made available through the Platform are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general provisions set out in this Section 8. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise in promotion-specific terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied in full before any withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier, time limit and eligible game contribution rates will be specified in the promotion terms. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements within the specified period will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated winnings.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:

• Registering multiple Accounts (by the same individual or in coordination with other individuals) for the purpose of claiming a promotion more than once.
• Using linked payment methods, shared devices or shared IP addresses to circumvent per-person bonus limits.

ja188 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings and suspend Accounts where bonus abuse is reasonably suspected, without prior notice.

8.3 Illustrative PKR Figures

Where PKR-denominated bonus figures (for example, PKR 2,000 / PKR 5,000 / PKR 10,000 tiers or PKR 1,000 referral credits) are referenced in promotional or informational content, such figures are illustrative of the bonus structure concept only and do not constitute a binding offer unless expressly confirmed in active, dated promotion-specific terms accessible within your Account.

The following general rules govern all betting and gaming activity conducted through the Platform:

• All bets are final upon confirmation by the Platform system. Users are responsible for verifying the details of any bet — including selection, stake, market type and odds — before confirming placement.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by market, event and Account status.
• In the event of a technical error, system fault or manifest pricing error, ja188 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes, regardless of apparent displayed outcomes.
• Cricket markets — including Pakistan national team fixtures, PSL matches, ICC tournament events and bilateral series — are subject to the cricket-specific rules applicable to each market type, including provisions for abandoned matches, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes and reduced-over scenarios.
• Live betting (in-play) markets are offered at ja188's discretion and are subject to real-time suspension and re-pricing based on match developments. Bets placed after a material event has occurred but before the market has updated will be voided.
• Casino games — including live dealer, slots and table games — are governed by the rules of the individual game as specified within the game interface. RTP figures and house edge information are provided for informational purposes and represent long-term theoretical return rates, not guaranteed session returns.

ja188 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations in this regard seriously. The Platform provides the following tools to support responsible play, all of which are accessible through the Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Once set, limits take immediate effect and may only be increased after a cooling-off period of not less than 24 hours.
• Loss Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly loss limits. Once a limit is reached, no further real-money wagers will be accepted until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set maximum session durations after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of time elapsed and net session result, configurable by the user.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may voluntarily self-exclude for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed until the elected period has expired.

The 18+ age restriction alone does not make gambling lawful in Pakistan. Users experiencing difficulty controlling their gambling are encouraged to contact support to activate any of the above tools or to discuss available assistance options.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at registration, during KYC verification or at any other point during Account use.
• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether personally or through a proxy, nominee or other individual acting on your behalf.
• Using the Platform in any manner that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing or any other criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage over other users or the Platform.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or other unauthorised software to access or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate bet outcomes, game results or promotional benefit allocation.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location through a VPN, proxy or other location-masking service.
• Conducting any match-fixing, spot-fixing or corrupt activity in relation to any sporting event offered on the Platform, including but not limited to Pakistan cricket and PSL fixtures.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the ja188 brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, text, graphics, photographs, game interfaces and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ja188 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No user shall copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, publicly display or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of ja188.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ja188 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising in connection with these Terms or Platform use, even if ja188 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any interruption, delay, suspension or failure of the Platform or any related system, including payment processing infrastructure, whether caused by technical fault, third-party failure, force majeure or otherwise.
• Any loss arising from a User's reliance on any information, odds, promotional terms or content published on the Platform, which may be subject to error, change or withdrawal without notice.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ja188's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

ja188 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this document.

Where changes are material — affecting user rights, deposit/withdrawal conditions, bonus terms or Account eligibility — ja188 will endeavour to provide advance notice to registered users via the registered email address or by a prominent on-Platform notification. However, it remains the User's sole responsibility to review the current Terms before accessing the Platform.

Continued access to or use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact support to initiate Account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator is duly incorporated and licensed. Disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the operator's licensing jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law applicable in the User's country of residence.

For users based in Pakistan: access to and use of the Platform may be subject to the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977, the Pakistan Electronic Crimes Act 2016 and any other applicable federal or provincial legislation. ja188 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful for access in Pakistan.
